Huzzah! I has made myself my own OC!
After seeing almost everybrony else on DA having their own OC I figured I might as well go with the crowd.
So her name is Polaris, after the North Star. She's not supposed to be me as a pony, mostly since I'm male and I didn't want a male OC (they aint as cute :3). So personality wise, mainly she likes exploring, discovering and figuring things out. And she has a fascination with stars and space. Kind of general right now cuz I figure it will naturally grow on its own if I keep drawing her. I figured if she had a job, that she would be a cartographer, making maps as she goes on naval expeditions discovering lands outside of Equestria.
As for her cutie mark its a compass. I figured that would work since it fits the exploration/cartographer parts and that I once joked to my friends that my cutie mark might be a compass since I have a really good sense of direction.
Her color scheme is mostly monochrome since that would fit my style since she's my OC and I'm all about gray scale! Her body is dark grey and her mane is light gray with white streaks. Her eyes are yellow cuz completely black and white would be weird and even though I have green eyes one of my friends jokes that I have yellow eyes for some reason, so its like another inside joke. All though you can't really tell in the drawing :/
Yeah, so if you want to draw her go ahead just ask for my permission and credit me I guess.
Edit: Made her legs more proportional. Man that was tough having to erase a decent portion of what I assumed to be a finished drawing.

admittedly if you look at the minor details some things look weird or off but overall this is amazing, especially the feathers on the wing
